1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform is designed to support health research, participant data collection, questionnaire administration, wearable and sensor-based technologies, pain measurement initiatives, functional assessment programs, reporting, analytics, and related wellness and research activities.

The Platform is intended to assist research and information gathering and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Certain features of the Platform require registration and authentication. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain current and accurate account information.
• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Notify the organization of suspected unauthorized account activity.
• Accept responsibility for activity under their account credentials.

4. Participant Data and Research Information

Participants may voluntarily submit questionnaire responses, pain assessments, wellness information, functional recovery information, treatment experiences, mobility observations, voice-generated responses, notes, comments, and related research information.

The Platform may also collect approved device information, including sensor measurements, device identifiers, session records, timestamped readings, telemetry information, and operational device metrics.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. Users shall not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.
• Circumvent security controls.
• Share authentication credentials.
• Upload malicious software, code, or harmful content.
• Interfere with Platform operation.
• Access participant information without authorization.
• Impersonate another individual.
• Modify, damage, disable, or disrupt Platform functionality.

6. Confidentiality

Certain information available through the Platform may be confidential, proprietary, research-related, or otherwise restricted. Authorized users agree to maintain confidentiality and use information only for approved purposes.

7. Session Monitoring and Security Logging

To protect users, participants, and Platform integrity, the Platform may collect authentication events, session activity, login timestamps, access history, route activity, device communications, administrative actions, error logs, and audit records.

8. Voice Input and Speech-to-Text Features

The Platform may provide optional voice-input or speech-to-text functionality. Spoken information may be processed, converted into text, and stored as part of participant records, questionnaire responses, research records, notes, or operational data.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, documentation, graphics, trademarks, branding, reports, questionnaires, technologies, databases, research tools, and related materials provided through the Platform are owned by or licensed to ASSESSx Technology Ltd., Sen~SORE LLC, or their licensors unless otherwise stated.

10. User Content

Users retain ownership of information they personally submit. By submitting information through the Platform, users grant ASSESSx Technology Ltd. and Sen~SORE LLC the rights necessary to store, process, analyze, display, report, and support authorized Platform and research functionality.

11. Research and Health Information Disclaimer

Participation in research programs does not guarantee medical benefit, improved health outcomes, diagnostic conclusions, treatment effectiveness, or clinical recommendations.

12. Platform Availability

The Platform may experience interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, device connectivity issues, network failures, third-party service interruptions, security incidents, or technical problems.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASSESSx Technology Ltd., Sen~SORE LLC, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, researchers, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or related damages arising from use of the Platform.

14. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party technologies, cloud providers, analytics services, communication providers, wearable devices, or software components. We are not responsible for the operation, content, security practices, or availability of third-party services.

15. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform where necessary to protect security, maintain system integrity, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or protect participants, staff, researchers, or organizational interests.

16. Compliance With Laws

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, research requirements, privacy obligations, and ethical standards relating to their use of the Platform.

17. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws governing ASSESSx Technology Ltd. and Sen~SORE LLC and the jurisdictions in which they operate.
